Return and Exchange

We have a No Return and No Exchange policy as every garment is made-to-order. Once the order is completed, there would be no return and no exchange. We ensure that your garment fits you well and all your requirements are taken well into consideration. We strive to give you a seamless Couture experience and make your purchase special.

Order Cancellation

Our order cancellation policy lasts 2 Days. If 2 Days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you can’t cancel your order.

Orders canceled within 2 Days will be completely refundable.

For cancellations after 2 Days but before 7 days from the date of order, the advance amount will be non-refundable, but can be adjusted for the further purchase valid until 6 months from the date of cancellation.

For cancellation after 7 days, from the date of order we do not offer any exchange or refund.
