How do I get my outfit altered?
We generally keep enough margin in all our custom made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. Our order cancellation policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you can’t cancel your order.
Orders canceled within 24 hours will be completely refundable.
For cancellations after 24 hours but before 7 days from the date of order, the advance amount will be non-refundable, but can be adjusted for the further purchase valid until 6 months from the date of cancellation.
For cancellation after 7 days, from the date of order we do not offer any exchange or refund.
